Clarissa Adkins (Poetry, June 2018) has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize by the Lily Poetry Review for her poem “Components for a Perfect Life, Part II.”

Robbie Gamble (Poetry, January 2017) has been nominated for Best of the Net by Passengers Journal for his poem “Toasts.”

Andrea Wang’s (WFYP, June 2011) picture book Watercress is listed by Publishers Weekly as one of the Best Picture Books of 2021. Watercress also won the New England Book Award in the children’s book category.

Jason Reynolds (WFYP, MFA faculty) has a story in the anthology Black Boy Joy: 17 Stories Celebrating Black Boyhood, listed by Publishers Weekly as one of the Best Middle Grade Books of 2021. Jason’s book Stuntboy, in the Meantime also made the list.
