After many months of work (including reaching out to you for your stories and successes) we are pleased to announce that the Cambridge Common Writers website is now live!
This site is intended to be a virtual gathering place for alumni and mentors of the MFA program at Lesley University, where members of our shared writing community can connect and celebrate our creative endeavors. We hope you take a moment to browse our author bio pages, upcoming events — and don’t miss our bookstore, which has links to many of your published works. We will continue to update and add to this site, so know that this is only the beginning of much, much more to come.
If you would like to include your author bio alongside those of your fellow alumni, please reach out to us using the contact form on our “About Us” page. This form can also be used to notify us of any changes to upcoming events, new announcements, or to provide feedback on the website. We would also like to add a gallery section filled with photos from the many residencies over the years, so if you would like to submit something please do so (including a short caption if you can). We are especially interested in accumulating all of the class graduation photos.
There will likely still be changes made to the appearance of the website as we adjust the layout based on your feedback, but we hope we have succeeded in creating a welcoming space for our community — a space in which we can continue to promote and encourage one another from all over the world.
